Trout with mushrooms sauce

Ingredients:
6 medium trouts
50 gr. Butter
3 spoon olive oil
2 glasses white wine 
100 gr. dried mushrooms
parsley, oregano, salt and pepper

Preparation
Brown the trouts into the oil and leave them on an aluminium foil. Put the chopped mushrooms on them and the parsley, then add oregano, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with white wine, and then add some pieces of butter. Close the aluminium and cook in a hot oven for about 15-20 minutes.
